Father God of the Bible,
You are the Lord of heaven and this earth and we invite Your majesty to
come and help each request that comes into this group. Father we thank You
that through Jesus Christ salvation comes forth and releases healing touches
to each and every body. Father Your word is alive and powerful Heb 4:12 and
You said to come to Your throne, so we ask You great and mighty judge
to hear our petitions. Father You said we have not because we ask not;
Jesus you said to ask in Your name and our Father would do it for us.
We praise for healing each believer, spiritually, physically and emotionally.
For man has a spirit, mind and a soul.
Father we stand in the gap and we ask that if any of us have committed sins
that You forgive us and restore us.
Thank You for the unity and harmony that You are bringing into the lives of the
true believers. Father we thank You for bringing one accord and
power of the gospel as in the days of Pentecost.
Father we give You praise an thanksgiving.
We know we have it because you said if Your word abides in us and
we abide in You that we can ask whatsoever and You will give it to us. (John 15:7)
In Jesus we pray.

Sparky's Prayer: Help us Lord God, to remember that You consider worship far more important than just the words of our mouth; they must come from our hearts and not just from our lips. Help us to make our worship pure by Your forgiveness of our sins. Help us Lord, never to take advantage of those that are vulnerable. Thank You Lord, that evil only wins the small battles. Thank You Lord for our salvation when we repent from our wicked ways. In Jesus’ mighty saving name and by the power of the Holy Spirit, we pray. Amen.

TODAY'S SCRIPTURE: "For we are God's Workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do." Ephesians 2:10 (NIV)
Are you comfortable in your own skin? In other words, do you recognize yourself as the treasure God made you; or are you constantly looking for approval and comparing yourself to a neighbor, co-worker or friend? Do you try to out-dress them or out-perform them? Are you always looking for ways to one-up them?
Friend, it is time to let all of that go. Comparison is a distraction. Comparison is a thief. It steals your time, energy, focus and joy. You are not here to impress anybody; you do not have to prove anything because you are God's special workmanship. He created you with a purpose for a purpose. You are empowered and equipped to do everything He has called you to do.
If you will choose to stay free from a spirit of competition and just run your own race, not only will you enjoy your life more, but you will see your gifts and talents come out to the full. You will see His blessing and favor in a greater way, and you'll move forward into the life of victory He has in store!
A PRAYER FOR TODAY: Heavenly Father, thank You for setting me free from competition. I choose to rest in You knowing that I am Your Workmanship. Thank You for directing and ordering my steps. I bless and praise You today. In Jesus' mighty saving name, we pray. Amen.
